Make a Reservation
FIRST TIME VISITORS: An appointment is required for assessment of your dog(s). For the scheduled appointment you will need to bring the Assessment Application, that you must have completed. Also, you should have a copy of the proof of vaccinations. Please call 416-907-3052, or e-mail Miryana@DontForgetMe.ca for an appointment.
Use the overnight dog boarding payment form below to make a reservation request. OR If you prefer, please call us at 416-907-3052 to make a reservation. All reservation requests are subject to our standard terms, conditions and payment policy. Your reservation is not complete until you receive a confirmation via e-mail or phone call from us, usually within 48 hours.
Multi-Dog Household Discount: 10% Discount on total for multiple dogs from same household.
March Break & Peek Season: Additional $5/day, per dog before Multi-Dog Household Discount.
We are open every day, 24 hours a day, to care for the doggies. However, we do not have Check-IN/OUT on the following days in 2012:
